Company History and Mission
TS Electric, Inc. was founded in 1992 with the commitment to establish a high quality service organization providing customer satisfaction. Since the inception, we have built a strong company which has sustained an average annual growth rate of 30%. From the smallest job to the largest, our experience staff ensures the smooth flow of projects of any size. TS Electric, Inc. has grown from two employees in 1992, to over 20 today - with each and every one dedicated to satisfying the needs of those we do business with.

Our management team has many years of combined experience in the construction industry. The following are backgrounds on our key team members.
Troy Stanbery
President and Founder of TS Electric, Inc. - Troy Stanbery brings over 25 years of experience in the electrical contracting field to oversee all phases of the companies' operations. He served 7 years in the U.S. Marine Corp., 2 years active duty and 5 years reserved. During this time Troy worked as an apprentice. After his discharge, Troy continued as a Journeyman, and then Foreman before founding TS Electric, Inc. in 1992. Troy became a certified Electrical Inspector in 1992 and also expanded his work to Arizona . His approach to business of building long-term relationships with clients based on quality service, at a fair price, integrity and dependability, together with a strong team of dedicated professionals has created an electrical contracting firm which is a leader in the industry.
Norman Petker
Vice President - Norm Petker with over 30 years of experience in the electrical field and is an integral part of the leadership team construction management. His training and experience both in the U.S. Navy and beyond has provided him with extensive knowledge in commercial, industrial, and marine electrical installations. He has over 15 years experience as an Electrical Contractor and is responsible for overall operations, development, and coordination of projects, maintaining budgets, and scheduling.
Deborah Stanbery
Chief Financial Officer - Deborah Stanbery brings more than 20 years experience in the administration of an electrical contracting firm. She worked at her family owned electrical contracting firm for 10 years before founding TS Electric with Troy in 1992. Deborah manages a great team of office staff and oversees all Account Payables, Account Receivables, and financial strategies. She works closely with the vendors and customers to maintain healthy business partner relationships making her a key contributor to the stability, growth, and success of the company.
Leland (Tom) Rogers
Northern California Project Manager - Tom has over 20 years experience in the electrical field, primarily to the high-tech industry. Tom adds greatly to our ability to interface with the clients and to manage projects requiring extensive technical oversight with minimal distribution to ongoing processes and operations. His training in both project administration and the electrical field allow him to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Matthew Burkey
Northern California Project Manager - Matt brings over 20 years of experience in the Electrical Construction trade. He has a proven track record of project safety, quality of production, and cost control. Matt is a state and IBEW certified Journeyman with an extensive background in the field that allows him to properly communicate with clients and manage large, and multiple projects efficiently and effectively. Matt continues to be an integral part of both the present and the future of TS Electric, Inc.
